I can’t believe the boutique is opening in a few short weeks! Part of me is tempted to write about fall trends, since that’s what a fashion blogger should do, no? But I think you can find for yourself in Vogue. And why mess with perfection?
(Well, there is one way I’d mess with Vogue, and that’s by adding some real woman as models instead of those twigs. But I’ll bite my tongue. Because Curve Couture is about embracing beauty, and the last thing I’m about to do is riff on our skinny sisters. I just wish there were more diversity and honesty in fashion mag photo spreads, that’s all. But then, wait a minute, what am I saying? Since when was Vogue about honesty? It’s about selling a myth, a dream, a decadent, airbrushed, you'll-never-be-this-pretty-
